1. About TopBargainCart
TopBargainCart is an affiliate product-discovery and comparison website. We do not sell products, operate a checkout, accept payments, arrange shipping or fulfil orders. Purchases are completed directly on the independent retailer’s website.
2. Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links. If you follow one and make a qualifying purchase, TopBargainCart may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change the price charged by the retailer. Sponsored links are marked for search engines with appropriate sponsored and nofollow attributes.
3. Prices, availability and delivery
Product information is imported from partner feeds and may change between synchronisations. The retailer’s website is the authoritative source for the final price, currency, stock status, taxes, delivery countries, delivery charges, warranty, returns and other purchase conditions. Always verify these details before purchasing.
4. Your contract with the retailer
Any purchase contract is concluded solely between you and the retailer. Questions about payment, shipping, cancellation, returns, refunds, warranty or a product must be directed to that retailer. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under European Union or national law.

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, introduce malicious code, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful manner.

The TopBargainCart name, original text and site design are protected where applicable. Product names, images, trademarks and descriptions may belong to partner retailers, manufacturers or other rights holders and are displayed for product discovery and identification. Links to third-party websites do not place those websites under our control.

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feed item is complete or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopBargainCart is not responsible for the retailer’s website, products, fulfilment or decisions. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data and cookies is described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy. Affiliate clicks are counted in daily aggregates without storing the visitor’s IP address in the affiliate-click table.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the service, partners or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
