Effective date: 2 August 2026
1. Controller and contact
The controller of personal data processed through TopBargainCart is Adam Szczachor, Wira Bartoszewskiego 18, 23-400 Biłgoraj, Poland. Privacy requests can be sent to jeslipotrafisz007@icloud.com or made by telephone at +48 570 115 114.
2. Scope of the service
TopBargainCart is an affiliate product-discovery website. It does not operate customer accounts, a checkout, payments, shipping or orders. When you select “Buy from partner”, you leave TopBargainCart and the independent retailer becomes responsible for the information it collects under its own privacy notice.
3. Data processed
- Technical and security logs: the hosting platform may process an IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser information and security events to deliver and protect the website.
- Messages: if you contact us, we process your email address, message and any information you choose to provide.
- Affiliate-click statistics: our own counter records only the product ID, date and aggregate number of clicks. It does not store the visitor IP address in the affiliate-click table.
- Consent choices: Complianz stores the visitor’s cookie preferences so that the selected choice can be respected and changed later.
- Analytics after consent: Google Analytics 4 may process online identifiers, device and browser information, visited pages and interaction events, including affiliate-link clicks, only after the required consent.
- Administrator data: authentication data and essential cookies are used only for authorised site administration.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Technical logs are processed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the website on the basis of legitimate interests. Contact messages are processed to answer the request and keep necessary correspondence. Aggregate, privacy-friendly click statistics are used to measure the usefulness of offers and prevent abuse on the basis of legitimate interests. Optional Google Analytics measurement is based on consent and remains blocked until that consent is given. You may withdraw consent at any time through “Manage consent”.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the site, including Hostinger, WordPress-related technical services, Complianz and, after consent, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Clicking an affiliate link sends you to the selected retailer or affiliate network; that third party may process data and set cookies according to its own notice. Some providers or retailers may process data outside the European Economic Area using safeguards described in their policies.
6. Retention
Security logs are retained for the period required by the hosting and security services. Contact correspondence is kept only as long as needed to answer the request, establish what was agreed or meet a legal obligation. Daily affiliate-click aggregates may be retained for historical reporting because they do not identify a visitor. Analytics and consent records are retained according to the settings and policies of the relevant provider and applicable law.
7. Cookies and consent controls
The website uses strictly necessary technologies for security, cache operation, authorised administration and remembering consent choices. Google Analytics 4 is connected through Site Kit and Google Tag Manager is used for the additional affiliate_click event. Google Consent Mode and Complianz prevent optional analytics storage before consent. No Meta Pixel is currently active.
The banner provides Accept, Deny and View preferences controls. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Manage consent” at the bottom of the website. The detailed and automatically maintained list of cookies is available in the Cookie Policy (EU). After you follow a partner link, the retailer or affiliate network may set its own cookies under its own notice.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it as easily as it was given. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or the competent authority in your country.
To exercise a right, email jeslipotrafisz007@icloud.com. We may need enough information to verify the request without collecting unnecessary data.
9. Changes
This policy will be updated when the site starts using new analytics, advertising, contact or account features, or when processors or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
